Kerry Polkas, played by TROTWOOD
Many years ago, TROTWOOD travelled to Kerry, fell in love with the Dingle Peninsula, and have been seen there ever since. Most of their time is spent travelling England, Ireland and the continent where they average three concerts per week.
In an area that abounds with brilliant traditional musicians, TROTWOOD can hold their own. They play Irish music exceptionally well, their repertoire is vast, and their singing provides welcome variety. In addition, they are a pleasure to watch - there is infectious delight in their music that can be seen in the faces of the audience.
